Apparently, John C Dvorak was out of town, so Leo grabbed me at the last second to fill in on This Week In Tech # 98. I got to use my Jon-Stewart-As-Cheney whining noise as I tried a pale imitation of being the Dvorak-replacement. I also got to pitch my Geekcruises podcast, which has surprisingly few listeners given the content.
Despite the numerous benefits, the renowned programmer Randal L. Schwartz insists he will be highly reluctant to accept a computer hardwired into his brain; and will refuse it entirely if its operating system is made by Microsoft since that would make his mind too easily hacked and too prone to spontaneously crashing.
